DEI Foundational Workshops are key in an individuals development of cultural competencies skill that make them ally's against systemic inequities. Working with your team we will cover a range of topics like: Explicit vs Implicit Bias, Inclusive Language 101, Identity & Self, Power Dynamics & more. These workshops empower participants to maximize their potential by helping them view the world through an equitable and inclusive lens.
